All ES CAMPS team members have a “duty of care” for the students who come to our school.
This means making sure that the students feel safe and cared for at all times. Safeguarding involves building relationships of trust between under 18s and adults, ensuring appropriately safe systems are in place for the well- being of our students and having clear procedures in place if things do go wrong.
